Job summary

Better Rehab is seeking a compassionate Behaviour Support professional based in Sydney to deliver flexible, clinician-led care. You’ll work across homes, clinics and community settings with dedicated 1:1 supervision and a multidisciplinary leadership team.

Design your diary with autonomy, while developing your skills through comprehensive training. Enjoy a PD budget up to $2,500 per year, paid travel at $1.17/km, eight weeks parental leave, and data-driven KPI support across 30+ locations.

Qualifications

• Must have PBS registration and suitable qualifications to practice as a Behaviour Specialist.
• Backgrounds in Psychology or Social Work are advantageous for this role.
• Driver’s license with access to a personal vehicle.
• NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Minimum of 4 years Behaviour Support experience.

Responsibilities

• Support NDIS participants across a varied caseload with referrals and clinical supervision.
• Work across homes, clinics and community settings to build long-term relationships.
• Receive 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and multidisciplinary support for complex cases.
