Job summary

Better Rehab is a clinician-founded and clinician-led workplace offering real flexibility with a structured framework. You’ll be based in Hobart, with work across homes, clinics and community settings, supported by a 1:1 supervision and a dedicated leadership team.

You’ll join a team that values outcomes, flexible calendars, and comprehensive development, including generous PD budgets and extra leave. This role focuses on delivering high-quality Behaviour Support services across an NDIS caseload.

Qualifications

• PBS registration is required.
• Backgrounds in Psychology or Social Work are advantageous.
• Driver’s license and own vehicle are required.
• NDIS Worker Screening, WWC and Police Check (or willingness to obtain) is required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Behaviour Support.

Responsibilities

• Support NDIS participants across a varied caseload.
• Work across homes, clinics, and community settings, building long-term relationships.
• Receive dedicated 1:1 supervision and multidisciplinary support for ongoing development.
