Job summary

Better Rehab on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a Behaviour Support professional to deliver client-centered care across homes, clinics, and community settings.

You will work within a clinician-led team, enjoy flexible scheduling, 1:1 supervision, and a generous PD budget, with paid travel and extended parental leave. This role focuses on quality care, realistic KPIs, and long-term career growth in a national network.

Qualifications

• PBS Registration or equivalent required.
• NDIS Worker Screening and WWCC/Police Check must be obtained.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience within Behaviour Support.
• Driver’s license and own vehicle.
• Backgrounds such as Psychology or Social Work are ideal experience for this space.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied and meaningful caseload across homes, clinics, and community settings.
• Work with referrals and coordinate with intake and clinical leadership team.
• Receive 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
