Job summary

Better Rehab is seeking a Behaviour Support clinician to join our Bella Vista team. You will support NDIS participants across a varied caseload, guided by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team.

Qualifications

• PBS registration is required as a minimum.
• Backgrounds such as Psychology or Social Work are ideal experience for this space.
• A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are required.
• An NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain).
• Minimum of 2 years Behaviour Support experience.

Responsibilities

• Support NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload.
• Work across homes, clinics, and community settings, building long-term relationships.
• Be supported by 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and a multidisciplinary team.
