Busways is seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead the Willoughby depot workshop, overseeing daily operations and a team of technicians. You will coordinate rosters, plan maintenance, supervise staff and apprentices, and ensure WHS compliance while driving continuous improvement in service delivery.

You will work with advanced vehicle technologies, including BEB considerations, and support licensing upgrades with company resources.

Competenze

Hold the relevant trade qualifications (MVTC) essential.
Experience in a similar role with the same level of responsibilities would be highly regarded.
Minimum 3–5 years working as a Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic.
Mentoring apprentices to learn their trade and grow the team.
Day-to-day running of the workshop and ensuring WHS compliance.

Coordinate rosters and leave planning to support depot maintenance.
Plan, coordinate and supervise supply and warranty activities; monitor inventory for maintenance work.
Manage daily depot maintenance and supervise workshop staff and contractors.
Allocate repair resources for scheduled maintenance and inspections.
Ensure timely service work and a clean, safe workshop environment.
