Job summary

thl is seeking a detail‑oriented Fleet Scheduling Coordinator to support a national fleet operations team on a casual basis across Australia.

You will coordinate vehicle movements, organise relocation drivers, and ensure RV fleet availability aligns with customer bookings and branch needs. The role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to manage data in Motek and D365.

Qualifications

• Current open driver’s licence is required.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and public holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle movements across Australia and position vehicles using data and insights.
• Promote relocation opportunities to reservations and sales teams.
• Assist with upgrade and downgrade decisions and arrange transport, drivers, and accommodations.
• Maintain data in Motek and process invoices in D365 where required.
• Support branches with scheduling and vehicle availability queries and communicate booking impacts to reservations teams.
