Job summary

Northline is seeking a Fleet Allocation/Coordination professional in NSW (Sydney) to coordinate day-to-day operations of the PUD fleet. You will plan routes, ensure on-time service, and support Freight, Warehousing and Distribution teams in a fast-paced logistics environment.

You will work with Orcoda for scheduling, maintain driver communications, ensure safety and compliance, and monitor KPIs to drive performance. Knowledge of Fatigue Management and Load Restraint is valued.

Qualifications

• Excellent planning skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in scheduling, dispatch, or fleet coordination in transport.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently plan and schedule pick-up and delivery runs through Orcoda to maximise fleet performance and on-time service.
• Maintain clear communication with drivers, assist with job allocation, and ensure safe loading and delivery.
• Monitor compliance with Dangerous Goods, Fatigue Laws, and safety standards.
• Track KPIs: missed pick-ups, return times, and overall transport performance.
• Manage delays, implement corrective actions, and coordinate priority freight requests.
• Ensure vehicles meet safety and load restraint guidelines.
