ClickMe Cars in Sydney is seeking a Fleet Operations Officer to join our local team. You will onboard new cars, prep them for customers, collect vehicles, inspect for damage and coordinate repairs, while supporting signups, swaps and returns.

The role is on-site at our Sydney office, with potential weekend overtime and training in Brisbane before interstate travel. You should have experience cleaning and working on cars, solid customer service, be organised, proactive and able to multitask, and

About the Role

Reporting to Operations Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to join our Sydney branch.

Our Fleet Operations officer is responsible for:

onboarding new cars & getting them customer-ready, including cleaning

collecting cars from suppliers and customers

checking cars over for new damage and creating condition reports

in-house and external mechanical and repairs work

assisting with customer signups, swaps and returns

This role is Monday to Friday based at our Sydney office. There may also be an opportunity for some weekend work, paid at overtime rates.

Training for this role will be for 2-4 weeks at our Brisbane branch. After that, occasional travel to our interstate branches may be required.

About you

You have experience cleaning and working on cars

You have customer service experience

You’re organised and can manage multiple tasks at once

You’re proactive and like getting things done

You have a driver’s licence (provisional is acceptable)

The following things are not required for this role, though are viewed favourably:

Car industry experience

University degree

Car mechanical experience
