Job summary

ClickMe Cars in Sydney is seeking a Fleet Operations Officer to join our local team. You will onboard new cars, prep them for customers, collect vehicles, inspect for damage and coordinate repairs, while supporting signups, swaps and returns.

The role is on-site at our Sydney office, with potential weekend overtime and training in Brisbane before interstate travel. You should have experience cleaning and working on cars, solid customer service, be organised, proactive and able to multitask, and

Qualifications

• Experience cleaning and working on cars.
• Customer service experience.
• Organised and able to multitask.
• Proactive and results-driven.
• Driver's licence (provisional accepted).

Responsibilities

• Onboard new cars and get them customer-ready, including cleaning.
• Collect cars from suppliers and customers.
• Check cars for new damage and create condition reports.
• Coordinate in-house and external mechanical and repairs.
• Assist with customer signups, swaps and returns.
