Australia Post is seeking a Fleet Supervisor for the PUD team at StarTrack Dandenong South on the AM shift starting at 6.00am. You will lead a large driver team, drive efficiency, cost reduction and service excellence while maintaining strong safety standards and stakeholder relationships.

You will develop improvement plans, produce reports with trend analysis, and present findings to the Duty Manager to support local fleet performance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Logistics / Fleet (essential).
• Experience managing a small but fast paced team.
• Proven ability to have challenging and difficult conversations.
• Proven exposure to unionized workforces.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of 30 drivers to meet budget and performance targets for the facility.
• Facilitate continued improvement of fleet operations by analysing performance and developing action plans.
• Develop reports with statistical data and conduct trend analysis for proactive improvements.
• Present analytical findings and conclusions to the Duty Manager.
