Job summary

Auto Tread Pty Ltd is seeking a hands-on internal sales and customer service professional in Melbourne. The role blends sales support, order processing and logistics coordination, with opportunities to grow into broader sales and account management.

You will engage with tyre shops and trade customers, manage orders, and coordinate deliveries while maintaining data accuracy across systems.

Qualifications

• Previous internal sales, customer service or administration experience.
• Strong telephone communication and customer service skills.
• Confidence speaking with customers and identifying sales opportunities.
• Good computer and general IT skills.
• Experience with Costar and/or MYOB will be highly regarded.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and order accuracy.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
• Reliable, punctual and responsible.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and respond to enquiries professionally.

• Coordinate freight, transport and customer deliveries.
• Liaise with warehouse, sales and management teams.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information within company systems.

Job description

You will be one of the key points of contact between Auto Tread and our customers, assisting them with product enquiries, stock availability, orders and deliveries. This role combines internal sales, customer service, order processing, logistics coordination and general administration, with the opportunity for the right person to develop into a broader sales and account management role.
