National Tyre & Wheel Pty Ltd in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Dispatch Clerical Administrator for our Berrinba Distribution Centre. This fixed-term six-month role reports to the Distribution Centre Manager and focuses on accurate management of freight operations, administration, and warehouse systems.

The successful candidate will process orders, receipts, stock checks, prepare delivery documentation, coordinate with freight providers, and support accounting and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or logistics administration.
• Experience with ERP and WMS.
• Invoice reconciliation and reporting experience.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills.
• Current Driver's License and First Aid (or willingness to obtain).
• Positive, resilient, team-focused attitude.

Responsabilités

• Process orders, receipting incoming goods, and verifying stock and pallet counts.
• Prepare delivery documentation, shipping manifests, and freight paperwork.
• Coordinate with freight providers for efficient deliveries and minimise delays.
• Managing invoice matching, accounts-related queries, and administrative reporting.
• Monitoring delivery performance and DIFOT targets.
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across warehouse operations and administration.
• Promoting a strong safety culture and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
