Job summary

Toyota is seeking a proactive Fleet Reporting & Administration Coordinator to support fleet growth and customer outcomes across government, corporate and not-for-profit sectors. The role is permanent full-time based at Sydney Olympic Park.

You will coordinate end-to-end fleet orders, drive regional initiatives, analyse performance data and maintain fleet reporting systems to enable accurate planning and delivery of exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support, fleet, logistics or operations coordination.
• Experience in fleet operations, logistics or supply chain environments is highly regarded.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across multiple stakeholders.
• Understanding of sales operations from customer, dealer or OEM perspective is advantageous.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in SAP and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end fleet ordering for government and key fleet customers.
• Support regional fleet sales initiatives and optimise order-to-delivery performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate fleet plans and priorities.
• Analyse data and market trends to provide insights and drive improvements.
• Maintain reporting and fleet management systems for forecasting and delivery.
