Responsibilities

• Supervise inspection, diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of fleet vehicles.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules to minimise downtime.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults.
• Plan, assign, and monitor daily tasks for mechanics.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory.
• Ensure accurate maintenance documentation.
• Lead and supervise workshop employees.
• Model safe work practices and promote safety culture.
