Job summary

Centurion is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Administrator based at our Perth Airport depot to coordinate maintenance across the fleet, keep records accurate and ensure compliance with safety standards.

You'll work closely with workshops, branch teams and external repairers to plan daily to monthly schedules, track vehicle movements with IVMS/GPS, and minimise downtime while maintaining high fleet availability in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily, weekly and monthly fleet maintenance schedules.
• Update fleet systems and work orders with accurate information.
• Track fleet movements and availability using IVMS/GPS systems.
• Liaise with Workshop and Branch Managers to coordinate maintenance requirements.
• Schedule repairs and maintenance with third-party repairers and service providers.
• Coordinate outsourced repairs, maintenance and warranty claims with vendors.
• Monitor maintenance activities to minimise downtime and maximise fleet availability.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety policies and standards.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure policy compliance.
• Provide support across other maintenance and fleet-related activities as required.
