Job summary

Allianz is seeking an Operations Specialist – Fleet Leasing to provide high-quality operational support across Fleet Leasing and CTP platforms, coordinating account management, authoriSed representative arrangements, and system changes to ensure compliant service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, operations coordination, or administration within insurance, fleet leasing or financial services.
• Strong proficiency with Salesforce (CRM) and SharePoint (microsites/knowledge admin).
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting; bordereaux management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead account management and maintenance across Fleet Leasing and CTP platforms, including renewals and policy processing.
• Coordinate new account set-ups, transfers, authorised representative arrangements, and system changes with compliance tracking.
• Support strategic projects and programs (e.g. CPS230, API integration) to improve distribution performance and service delivery.
• Manage SharePoint administration, external access, microsites, and Salesforce system administration across users.
