Job summary

A2B Australia is seeking a proactive Fleet & Driver Support Coordinator to help grow vehicle leasing, support Driver engagement and maximise fleet utilisation. The role touches leasing, accounts and operational administration across the 13cabs network in Adelaide.

You will manage key handovers, maintain accurate records and build strong relationships with Drivers and Operators to support retention and growth within the network.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative, operational or fleet support role.
• Experience managing financial administration activities such as pay-ins, reconciliations or account processing.
• Strong record-keeping and documentation skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Experience responding to customer, Driver or stakeholder enquiries in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Support vehicle leasing and rental activities to maximise fleet utilisation and minimise vehicle downtime.
• Manage vehicle key handovers with accurate control and distribution to Drivers.
• Act as a key contact for Driver account and leasing enquiries, providing timely support.
• Maintain fleet, leasing and account records and documentation.
• Build relationships with Drivers and Operators to support retention and growth.
