Job summary

Allianz Australia is seeking an Operations Specialist – Fleet Leasing in Sydney, NSW to support end-to-end account operations and authorized representative administration. You will work with fleet, underwriting, risk, data and IT teams to deliver timely, accurate service delivery.

You should have proven experience in insurance or financial services operations, strong Salesforce and SharePoint skills, and hands-on Excel data analysis.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in account management, operations coordination, or administration within insurance or financial services.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce and SharePoint.
• Experience with bordereaux management and advanced Excel for data analysis.
• Working knowledge of API integrations in client connectivity.
• Ability to build effective internal relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication across diverse audiences.
• Passion for leveraging emerging technologies in a digital landscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead account management and maintenance across Fleet Leasing and CTP platforms.
• Coordinate new account set-ups, transfers and authorised representative arrangements.
• Support strategic projects such as CPS230, API integration, and transformation initiatives.
• Manage SharePoint administration, external access, microsites and website compliance; Salesforce admin for users.
• Partner with Fleet Leasing, underwriting, risk, compliance, data and IT to deliver initiatives.
