Job summary

Allianz Australia is seeking an Operations Specialist – Fleet Leasing in Sydney, NSW to support end-to-end account operations and authorized representative administration. You will work with fleet, underwriting, risk, data and IT teams to deliver timely, accurate service delivery.

You should have proven experience in insurance or financial services operations, strong Salesforce and SharePoint skills, and hands-on Excel data analysis.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in account management, operations coordination, or administration within insurance or financial services.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce and SharePoint.
• Experience with bordereaux management and advanced Excel for data analysis.
• Working knowledge of API integrations in client connectivity.
• Ability to build effective internal relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication across diverse audiences.

We are looking for an Operations Specialist – Fleet Leasing to provide high-quality operational support to our Fleet Leasing account management and distribution teams. This role will manage end-to-end customer and broker account operations, authorised representative administration, transactional client activities and fleet schedule maintenance to support accurate, compliant and efficient service delivery.

About The Role

• Lead account management and maintenance activities across Fleet Leasing and CTP platforms, including partner renewals, policy processing, rate communications, and direct account management
• Coordinate new account set-ups, transfers, authorised representative arrangements, and system changes while managing compliance tracking and ensuring all policy transfers are completed by required dates
• Provide operational and administrative support to strategic projects and programs—such as CPS230, API integration, and transformation initiatives that improve Commercial Distribution performance and service delivery
• Manage SharePoint administration, external access, microsites, and website compliance monitoring, along with Salesforce system administration across internal and external users
• Partner with Fleet Leasing, underwriting, risk, compliance, data, and IT teams to deliver technical and operational initiatives, including client review coordination, incident management, and sales and marketing material currency

About You

• Demonstrated experience in account management, operations coordination, or administration within insurance, fleet leasing, or financial services environments; short-tail commercial insurance experience is highly regarded
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce (CRM administration) and SharePoint (knowledge administration and microsite management)
• Practical experience with bordereaux management, including preparation and exchange of insurance data files between insurers, brokers, and clients, along with advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
• Working knowledge of API integrations in a client connectivity context, with effective collaboration and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships internally with key support teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences clearly, persuasively, and with purpose
