Job summary

Adaptalift Group is seeking a Business Development Manager for Truck & Trailer Fleet Rentals in Sydney. Based in Seven Hills, you will spend time in-market with customers, developing relationships and converting activity into rental growth.

You will prospect across transport, truck and trailer hire, sales and service markets, build new business, and work with internal teams to support quotes, proposals and rental activity.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport/logistics or fleet markets.
• Proven ability to prospect and close new business.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, cold call and develop new business across transport, truck, trailer, hire, sales and service markets.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers, with a focus on converting activity into transactions.
• Identify opportunities to increase fleet utilisation and place more stock on hire.
• Convert one-off customers into regular repeat customers through consistent follow-up.
• Work with internal teams and dealer networks to support customer inquiries, quotes, proposals and rental activity.
