TR Group is seeking a Sales and Account Manager to deliver exceptional service to existing customers while pursuing growth opportunities within the Brisbane region. The role requires active relationship management, cross-selling TR Group's rental and lease products, and expanding the customer base through targeted prospecting.

Applicants should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• A proactive approach and drive to grow the business.
• Ability to engage with clients and prospects at all levels of an organisation.
• Understanding of TR's Rental and Lease products.
• Willingness to work hard and learn continuously.
• Knowledge of target industries and heavy commercial vehicles.

Responsabilités

• Manage and grow relationships with an existing customer base, liaising to handle issues and opportunities around new vehicle requirements, short-term rental needs, maintenance and fleet management.
• Expand the client base in a planned, targeted manner, prospecting an assigned territory for quality opportunities.
• Manage existing customer relationships to drive organic growth.
• Take personal responsibility for continual learning and development.
• Actively visit customers and monitor vehicle performance and annual expenditure in your region.
• Travel as required and be available outside business hours to support customers.
• Complete other tasks as requested by management, including support during staff absence or special projects.
