Job summary

Qualifications

• Trade qualification as Fitter or equivalent is preferred.
• 5+ years experience in service and maintenance of equipment & trucks.
• Forklift Licence and Safe working conditions.

Responsibilities

• Fit various metal parts to fabricate machines.
• Service, diagnose and rectify our fleet.
• Read and interpret Engineering drawings, technical specifications and schematics.
• Carry out manual handling of parts, use hand-tools and precision tools.
• Measure, compute and plan Engineering tasks using OEM software.
• Diagnose, repair, install or remove components like bearings, hydraulics, and sensors.
• Assemble subassemblies and other metal parts to produce equipment and machines.
• Complete tasks as per supervisor's instructions with focus on safety.
