Job summary

Maryborough District Health Service (MDHS) is seeking a Fleet & Administration Officer to join our Facilities team on a permanent full-time basis (80 hours per fortnight). The role coordinates our motor vehicle fleet, asset management and planned maintenance activities, working alongside the Asset and Planned Maintenance Coordinator to keep operations running smoothly.

You’ll be organised with great attention to detail, possess strong communication skills and be confident using Microsoft Office,

Qualifications

• Organised with great attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to manage competing priorities.
• Current Victorian Driver’s Licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate motor vehicle fleet and asset management across MDHS.
• Assist with planned maintenance activities.
• Work with the Asset and Planned Maintenance Coordinator.
• Keep fleet and facilities operations running smoothly.
