Job summary

Maryborough District Health Service (MDHS) is seeking a Fleet & Administration Officer to join our Facilities team on a permanent full-time basis (80 hours per fortnight). You will help coordinate our vehicle fleet, asset management and maintenance activities while supporting the broader facilities operations.

Qualifications

• Organised and detail-oriented with a people-focused approach.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Current Victorian Driver's Licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the motor vehicle fleet and related asset management.
• Assist with planning maintenance activities across the MDHS facilities.
• Provide administration support to the Facilities team and liaise with cross-functional staff.
