Zusammenfassung

PEP Transport is seeking an organised dispatcher to manage daily courier allocations and coordinate drivers across our Perth-based operations. The role emphasizes proactive communication, accuracy in logging times and costs, and collaboration with internal teams to onboard new customers and drivers.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely deliveries and efficient use of our in-house systems. A minimum of 2+ years in courier or last-mile delivery operations is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years’ experience in courier or last-mile delivery operations.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage daily courier allocations and coordinate drivers.

Aufgaben

• Dispatch jobs efficiently to drivers via our internal system
• Address driver queries through the FMS system and on the phone
• Accurately record the cost of driver work, including waiting times, in the FMS system
• Ensure proper job coding and that time-based jobs are correctly logged
• Liaise with internal stakeholders regarding new customer accounts and new drivers joining the team
• Plan and allocate pre-booked customer work for the following day
