Job summary

PEP Transport is seeking a proactive Fleet Scheduler for the AM shift in Perth, WA. You will dispatch jobs to drivers, manage daily courier allocations and coordinate with drivers and internal teams to keep deliveries running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in courier or last-mile delivery operations.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage daily courier allocations and coordinate drivers.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch jobs efficiently to drivers via our internal system.
• Record the cost of driver work and waiting times in the FMS.
• Plan and allocate pre-booked customer work for the following day.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders regarding new customer accounts and new drivers.
