Job summary

Karmo, Australia’s leading car subscription provider, is seeking a Fleet Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day coordination of our national vehicle fleet. You will work with Operations teams to ensure vehicles are prepared, compliant, and available for customers, while assisting with administration, supplier coordination, and smooth vehicle movements.

Qualifications

• Automotive industry experience is essential.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence is required.
• Strong knowledge of fleet and vehicle operations.
• Customer-first mindset with focus on service delivery.
• Excellent administrative, compliance and documentation skills.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day fleet administration using internal systems.
• Assist with fleet utilization and vehicle rotation to meet targets.
• Coordinate vehicle preparation for deliveries, swaps and changes.
• Liaise with hubs, suppliers, dealerships and logistics partners.
• Assist with damaged vehicle management and repairs coordination.
• Support onboarding/offboarding of subscription vehicles and system updates.
• Monitor active subscriptions and escalate issues when required.
• Maintain accurate vehicle, customer and compliance records.
• Support cost control across maintenance, claims and transport.
• Provide general operational support to Fleet and Operations teams nationwide.

Job description

Plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day coordination of Karmo's national vehicle fleet. This hands on role works closely with the Operations teams to ensure vehicles are prepared, compliant, and available for customers, while supporting administration, supplier coordination, and smooth vehicle movements across the business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting day-to-day fleet administration using internal systems
• Assisting with fleet utilisation and vehicle rotation to meet operational targets
• Coordinating vehicle preparation for deliveries, swaps, and changeovers
• Liaising with internal vehicle hubs, suppliers, dealerships, and logistics partners
• Assisting with the management of damaged vehicles and coordinating repairs
• Supporting onboarding and offboarding of subscription vehicles, including system updates
• Monitoring active subscriptions and escalating issues or anomalies when required
• Maintaining accurate vehicle, customer, and compliance records
• Supporting cost control across maintenance, claims, and transport activities
• Providing general operational support to Fleet and Operations teams nationally

Experience & Qualifications

• Experience in an automotive space is essential
• A current, valid Australian Driver's Licence is a must
• Sound knowledge of fleet and vehicle operations
• Strong customer-first mindset with a focus on service delivery
• Excellent administration skills, including compliance and documentation
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
