Job summary

POP MART is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Sydney flagship. You will lead a large team of 25–30 staff, coach performance, and drive exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

Based in the Sydney Flagship, you will support leadership, optimize commercial outcomes, manage rostering and reporting, and contribute to product launches and events while maintaining store presentation and policies.

Qualifications

• Experienced retail leader with a track record coaching large teams.
• Strong focus on customer experience and commercial outcomes.
• Comfortable with rostering, workforce planning and performance feedback.
• Proficient in reporting with Excel/Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a large, diverse store team.
• Drive sales targets, KPIs and store performance.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and training activities.
• Support store operations, rostering and inventory management.
