Job summary

POP MART is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead and develop a large retail team in Australia. Based in our World Square store, you will coach leaders, support recruitment, onboarding, and training, and drive exceptional performance in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage day-to-day operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and maintain high standards of customer experience while delivering commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading medium to large retail teams.
• Strong coaching and feedback skills.
• Customer-centric approach to sales and service.

Responsibilities

• Lead & develop the team.
• Coach, motivate and develop a large and diverse retail team.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training activities.
• Provide ongoing feedback, coaching and performance support.
• Assist with formal performance management conversations when required.
• Help build a positive, accountable and high-performing team culture.
• Drive commercial results and KPIs.
• Analyse store performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and store presentation standards.
