The role emphasizes team development, recruitment support, and performance feedback while managing store operations, rosters, and product launches to achieve KPIs and commercial targets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading medium to large retail teams.
• Strong focus on customer experience and KPI delivery.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team.
