POP MART is expanding across Australia and New Zealand, seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead one of our growing retail locations. You will drive team performance, customer experience and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

As a commercially minded leader, you will recruit and coach a high-performing team, manage inventory and promotions, and deliver strong sales results while maintaining brand standards and a vibrant retail atmosphere.

Formación

• Store management experience in high-volume retail.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop teams.
• Strong customer focus and commercial acumen.

Responsabilidades

• Lead & develop a high-performing store team and foster a customer-first culture.
• Drive sales, wage and KPI targets and analyse store performance metrics.
• Oversee store operations including inventory, deliveries, merchandising and promotions.
