Job summary

POP MART is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for our World Square store in Sydney. You will lead a large, diverse team of around 20, focusing on coaching, development and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The role combines people leadership with strong commercial focus in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment. You will drive sales performance, support recruitment and training, and manage daily store operations, inventory, and rosters.

Qualifications

• Experience leading medium to large retail teams.
• Strong coaching and development capabilities.
• Proven ability to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Comfortable using Excel and Google Sheets for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a large retail team at a flagship store.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training activities.
• Drive sales targets and KPI achievement.
