Job summary

Ironman 4x4 Wetherill Park seeks a motivated 4x4 Sales Specialist to join our brand-new flagship store in Sydney. You will help customers select 4WD accessories, design complete vehicle builds, and manage quotes, bookings and handovers, delivering an outstanding customer experience.

This role requires energy, initiative, and a passion for sales, with responsibilities spanning sales, workshop coordination and business development through local partnerships and events.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, automotive or sales experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and confidently close a sale.
• A current Australian driver's licence.
• Positive, team-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with selecting 4WD accessories and solutions and design quotes for complete vehicle builds.
• Book and coordinate workshop activities; manage customer expectations and progress updates.
• Develop relationships with local dealerships, fleet and trade customers and follow up on opportunities.
