Job summary

Ironman 4x4 Wetherill Park is recruiting a Store Manager to lead Sydney’s new flagship store from the ground up. You will shape the team culture, drive sales performance, and manage day-to-day operations as the store opens.

Working with the owners, you will lead the sales and workshop teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience, meet targets, oversee stock and inventory, and build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and local businesses to grow the Wetherill Park business.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing a retail, automotive, 4x4 or similar business.
• Proven people leadership and team management experience.
• Strong sales and commercial ability.
• Experience working with sales targets, KPIs and gross margins.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading, motivating and developing a high‑performing team
• Driving retail, trade and fleet sales performance
• Managing sales targets, KPIs and gross profit
• Ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover
• Overseeing quoting, follow‑ups and sales conversion
