Job summary

ARB Mittagong is seeking a full-time Sales Representative to be the first point of contact for customers in-store and over the phone. You will provide product advice, build lasting customer relationships, and handle quotes and orders.

You will work with the workshop team to ensure timely jobs, maintain showroom displays, and assist with promotions, events, and daily store operations. A manual drivers license and passion for 4WDs are essential.

Qualifications

• Customer-first attitude required.
• Sales experience in automotive/4x4 preferred.
• Strong communication skills for in-store and phone interactions.
• Proficiency with computer systems for quotes and orders.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable advice on ARB products and services.
• Build long-term customer relationships.
• Prepare quotes and process sales orders.
• Follow up enquiries and convert opportunities.
• Work with workshop team to ensure timely, accurate work.
• Maintain showroom displays and product presentation.
• Assist with promotions, events, and open days.
• Contribute to day-to-day store operations.
