AUSIEX is seeking a Client Services professional to support the Fixed Income back office with client onboarding, data maintenance, and query resolution. The role requires collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate static data and smooth client interactions.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in financial services or client services, a finance-related degree, and strong MS Office skills. A proactive, detail-oriented team player is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in financial services or client services
• Tertiary qualifications in finance, banking, mathematics or related degree
• Proficiency with MS Office and strong communication
• Demonstrates initiative and problem solving, attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding for new clients, counterparties and intermediaries, including AML/CTF checks and KYC due diligence
• Maintain client static data and manage sign-off controls for data changes
• Develop and maintain standard processes, coordinate seminars and training events
• Suggest process improvements and participate in projects across departments
• Liaise between front and back office to ensure seamless transactions and client experience
• Respond to client queries via phone and email and monitor the team inbox
