ASX Limited is seeking a role within its fast-paced fixed income operations team. You will support settlement and depository services for AUD debt products, collaborate with banks, fund managers and regulators, and help ensure high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• Experience in Fixed Income operations or settlement roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to cover shifts between 7am-9pm.
• Strong analytical skills for issue investigation and resolution.
• Customer-facing experience with a focus on service excellence.
• Deep knowledge of Australian Financial Markets and related products.

Responsibilities

• Understand and operate the ASX settlement system for Fixed Income products Austraclear and ASX Collateral.
• Engage with diverse stakeholders including banks, corporates, custodians, fund managers, regulators.
• Serve as the contact point to resolve issues raised by internal and external customers.
• Support readiness of new products and client onboarding.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce operational risk and assist audits.
• Assist in operationalising new products, services, and technology upgrades.
• Deliver timely notifications regarding changes and outages affecting systems.
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly and annual reporting for Fixed Income operations.
