Job summary

Equifax is seeking a Client On-Boarding Specialist in Sydney for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will guide small to medium clients through end-to-end onboarding of Equifax solutions, bridging business requirements with technical delivery, to ensure a smooth implementation and long-term success.

You will collaborate with customer service, project management, and solution teams, while leveraging product knowledge to support delivery and drive customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3-year degree in Business or IT Systems.
• 1+ years as a business-focused Business Analyst.
• Experience interacting with external customers.
• 1+ years hands-on with SQL Server or Oracle DB.
• Experience mapping processes and documenting workflows with Visio.
• Proficiency in XML interfaces and business systems.
• Technical aptitude in basic architecture and data structures.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer expectations and scope changes during the implementation lifecycle.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests and technical inquiries.
• Work directly with customers to implement and test Equifax solutions.
• Gather and analyze detailed business requirements to ensure solutions meet client needs.
• Document user requirements, business processes, and workflows to create maps and scoping documents.
• Create functional specifications and change request documentation as required.
• Monitor and report on application changes and specific client requests.
• Leverage deep product knowledge to provide technical aptitude and guidance during delivery.
• Collaborate with internal project managers, sales, and solution consultants to align delivery goals.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of new product developments across the Equifax business.
