Job summary

Impel Management is seeking a Senior Client Services Officer in Sydney CBD to act as the frontline for Advisers on client onboarding and service. The role sits within Middle Office and liaises with an outsourced back-office provider, supporting the Client Services Manager to manage daily volume and SLAs.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in stockbroking, wealth management, or financial markets, with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a Client Services, Middle Office or Trading Support role within a stockbroking, wealth management or financial markets environment.
• Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
• High-level written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the frontline for Advisers across client onboarding and client service.
• Support day-to-day running of the team and manage daily workflow.
• Liaise with a back-office provider and ensure SLA targets are met.
• Quality control of team members' work and compliance with internal controls.
