Job summary

Frontier Advisors in Sydney is seeking a highly organized onboarding and client servicing coordinator. You will act as the conductor across multiple stakeholders, creating a coordinated onboarding experience for new ICIO clients and ensuring transitions are delivered smoothly and on schedule.

You will maintain onboarding plans, milestones and trackers, monitor service levels, and support seamless transition from implementation into ongoing servicing.

Qualifications

• Proven experience coordinating onboarding, implementation or operational service delivery activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Experience managing multiple priorities, dependencies and timelines.
• Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to drive accountability and follow through on commitments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate onboarding programs for new ICIO clients.
• Develop and maintain onboarding plans, milestones, risk registers and action trackers.
• Coordinate activities across Frontier teams, clients, custodians, trustees, investment managers and other service providers.
• Ensure onboarding deliverables are completed on time and stakeholders remain aligned throughout the process.
• Monitor service levels, operational commitments and provider deliverables.
• Coordinate responses to client operational enquiries and issues.
• Manage information flow, ownership and escalation across multiple workstreams.
• Support seamless transitions from implementation into ongoing servicing.
