AUSIEX in Sydney is seeking a Client Services Analyst in the Fixed Income division to provide back-office support, onboarding, AML/KYC checks, and data maintenance, while coordinating with internal stakeholders and external clients.
You will work as part of a team, handling queries by phone and email, promoting accuracy, timeliness, and exceptional client experience, with opportunities to expand your knowledge in intermediaries back-office functions.

The Client Services Team within the Fixed Income division performs a critical function within the back office by providing comprehensive support to clients as well as all internal stakeholders. Client Services is a centre point of the company who in addition to managing client onboarding, queries and static data, is also responsible for many other operational processes including bond setup and maintenance, fees and counterparty due diligence. This role is suitable for someone who is looking to expand their skills in the intermediary back office functions in a complex financial services business.
While this position has clearly defined responsibilities the purpose of the role is to support the Client Services team, this means that a successful candidate will be able to complete their defined tasks but shouldn’t hesitate to support the wider team. Being a team player and having a “can-do” attitude will make all the difference to succeeding in this role.
