Job summary

RMIT University is seeking an Indigenous Prospective Student Case Manager to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students from first inquiry through enrolment. The role sits within Global Student Recruitment and leverages culturally safe, needs-based guidance to help students navigate barriers and access education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience engaging with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and understanding of Indigenous cultures and organisations.
• Experience providing case management, advisory or support services with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills across diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to collect and analyse information, identify issues and contribute to reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised, culturally safe support from initial enquiry through to enrolment for Indigenous prospective students.
• Engage proactively with students to remove barriers and highlight opportunities for successful university transition.
• Collaborate with the First Nations Ngarara Willim Centre and internal/external stakeholders to inform recruitment activities.
