Community Restorative Centre in NSW is seeking a dedicated First Nations Case Worker for the Miranda Project. Aboriginal Identified, based in Penrith, full-time 38 hours per week, contract until 30 June 2029. Provide holistic trauma-informed case management for women and non-binary clients with complex needs leaving correctional settings.

Competenze

• Identify as an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person.
• Identify as female.
• Experience and skills in trauma-informed care.
• Knowledge and experience of working with women with complex and compounding needs such as homelessness, involvement with the criminal justice system, alcohol and other drug use, mental health and trauma.
• A current NSW Driver Licence.
• A current NSW Working with Children Check and Criminal Record Check.
• Demonstrated cultural competency with Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander and CALD communities.
• Knowledge of child development and current child protection issues and legislation.
• Unrestricted right to work in Australia.
