Job summary

St John WA Group in Belmont is looking for a Customer Services Consultant on a casual basis to join the Training and Equipment team. You’ll deliver exceptional service by addressing first aid needs, assist students with enrolments, and promote courses and products to grow enrolments.

Start with two weeks of full-time training, then move to near full-time hours. Strong communication and Microsoft Office skills are essential, and you will work in a supportive, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years customer service or sales experience.
• Excellent communication and a professional telephone manner.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites.

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls and emails promptly to meet customer needs.
• Assist students with systems and course enrolment requirements.
• Identify customer needs to book first aid training or product sales.
• Promote St John WA products and services to increase enrolments.
• Ensure enrolment compliance with RTO requirements.
