Job summary

St John WA is hiring a Casual Field Service Officer to travel across Western Australia, servicing first aid kits and safety equipment for client workplaces. You will ensure compliance with First Aid Code of Practice and support customers to meet safety standards.

Reporting to the Field Service Team Leader, the role requires daily travel, strong time management, and a customer‑focused mindset. You will promote St John WA products, generate leads, and help meet KPI targets while keeping company

Qualifications

• Time management, customer service, and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work autonomously and negotiate where required.
• Experience with CRM systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Service First Aid Kits, Rooms and equipment to meet KPI requirements.
• Plan field service schedules for clients efficiently.
• Conduct on-site risk assessments and complete paperwork for First Aid Code compliance.
• Meet weekly/monthly/annual targets for revenue, leads and clients serviced.
• Source new business leads to grow revenue and client base.
• Promote and sell all St John WA products to customers and the public.
• Maintain the service vehicle in clean and serviceable condition.
