St John WA is seeking an experienced Trainer & Assessor to deliver First Aid courses in AlbanyRegion. Join market leader in First Aid and help teach your community lifesaving skills.

You will be responsible for delivering training to diverse learners, ensuring compliance with ANZCOR and ARC guidelines, and maintaining accurate records. A strong commitment to safety and a friendly, engaging approach is essential.

Qualifications

• TAE40116/TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent
• TAESS00019/TAESS00024 Assessor Skill Set or equivalent
• A recognised teaching qualification with training/assessment experience
• A Diploma or higher in adult education or VET
• An approved training/assessment credential currently in progress

Responsibilities

• Deliver First Aid courses to learners in AlbanyRegion.
• Ensure training aligns with ANZCOR/ARC guidelines and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments and outcomes.
• Engage and motivate diverse learners with clear instruction and feedback.
