St John WA in Belmont is seeking a Customer Services Consultant to join the Training and Equipment department on a Permanent Full Time 37.5hrs. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service for first aid needs, driving enrolments, and promoting St John WA products.

You will handle calls and emails, assist students with system use, and ensure compliance and smooth course enrolment processes. A strong customer focus and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years customer service or sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites.

Responsabilités

• Respond and action all phone calls and emails accurately and within an expected time frame to ensure customers’ needs are met.
• Help students in use of systems, accessing information and identifying any outstanding requirements for course completion.
• Identify customer needs to recommend and book any appropriate First Aid training courses or product sale.
• Actively promote and sell St John WA products and services to customers to increase enrolments.
• Ensure all RTO compliance requirements for enrolment in first aid courses is met.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Customer Services Consultant to join our Training and Equipment department on a Permanent Full Time 37.5hrs based in Belmont.

Customer Service Consultants are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients by addressing all their first aid needs promptly and professionally. They are also responsible for ensuring sales and student enrolments are growing and maximised to achieve and exceed the business performance targets.

What You’ll Do:

• Respond and action all phone calls and emails accurately and within an expected time frame to ensure customers’ needs are met
• Help students in use of systems, accessing information and identifying any outstanding requirements for course completion
• Identify customer needs to recommend and book any appropriate First Aid training courses or product sale
• Actively promote and sell St John WA products and services to customers to increase enrolments
• Ensure all RTO compliance requirements for enrolment in first aid courses is met
