Job summary

RWM Group is seeking a First Aid & Administration Officer in Moe, VIC to support the Safety team with frontline first aid, wellbeing, RTW coordination, and general administration in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The role offers full-time hours with flexible shift options and potential to transition from casual to permanent. You will handle phones, data entry, records, reports, and ensure confidentiality while promoting a safe workplace.

Qualifications

• Current First Aid, Nursing, Paramedic or related qualifications.
• Hands-on experience in first aid, healthcare and administration.
• Able to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Experience with RTW, WHS, HR admin is desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to site management and supervisors.
• Answer phones, respond to enquiries and manage correspondence.
• Maintain employee records, files, registers and documentation.
• Enter data accurately into company systems and spreadsheets.
• Order and maintain office and site supplies.
• Prepare reports, documents and correspondence as required.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
• Maintain first aid rooms, kits and equipment and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Maintain accurate first aid treatment records and documentation.
• Assist with workplace injury and incident reporting.
• Support management with injury management and return-to-work processes.
• Liaise with supervisors and management regarding workplace injuries and employee wellbeing.
• Promote a safe, respectful and supportive workplace.
