Job summary

Impact HR Group is seeking an experienced HSE & Return to Work Officer for a hands-on role in a manufacturing environment in New South Wales. You will support WHS, environmental and injury management systems, engaging with employees, supervisors and management to drive safety and continuous improvement.

The role covers safety administration, incident investigations, worker rehabilitation coordination and safety communications, with mentoring and development opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Proven WHS/HSE/RTW admin experience.
• Knowledge of WHS laws and ISO 45001/14001 is preferred.
• Experience with Myosh or Chemwatch is highly regarded.
• Strong administration and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain WHS management system records and documents.
• Support risk assessments, SWMS and safe operating procedures.
• Coordinate inspections, audits and corrective actions.
• Assist injury management and return-to-work processes.
• Support toolbox talks and safety communications.
• Liaise with workers, medical providers and stakeholders.
