Job summary

New Venture Recruitment is seeking a Service Administrator for a leading fire protection contractor in East Melbourne, VIC. The role supports service delivery by coordinating technicians, handling requests, and managing documentation to ensure smooth operations.

You will work closely with field teams and clients, maintain Uptick records, and assist with invoicing and reporting, contributing to compliant, timely service outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in fire protection in a Service Administrator/Coordinator role.
• Strong understanding of Uptick is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule service technicians across multiple sites.
• Manage incoming service requests, emails, and client enquiries.
• Raise and manage work orders, quotes, and service documentation using Uptick.
• Maintain accurate records in Uptick and ensure compliance tracking.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to support delivery.
• Assist with invoicing, reporting, and general administrative support.
• Ensure service works are tracked and completed in line with contractual and compliance requirements.
